Booking & payment
A ticket is confirmed only when the airline issues a PNR. Until then, you may see "Awaiting confirmation" — this is the time between payment and PNR issuance, usually under 5 minutes. In the rare case a booking fails after payment, your money is refunded to the source within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation rules are set by the airline, not us. We surface the exact cancellation fee upfront. Our service fee (convenience fee + markup) is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Fare accuracy
We revalidate every fare with the airline before you pay. If the price has risen, we show the new price; if it has dropped, you get the discount automatically.
Limitation of liability
Flyomint is a booking intermediary. We don't operate the flight, control baggage handling, or decide delays. Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us.
Disputes
Indian law applies; disputes are resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
