Cancellations & refunds

We keep refund rules simple and upfront.

How to cancel

1. Open My Trips and pick the booking.
2. Tap "Cancel booking". The airline's cancellation fee is shown before you confirm.
3. Confirm; we initiate the refund immediately once the airline processes the cancellation.

Timelines by method

• UPI: 1–3 working days.
• Cards: 5–7 working days.
• Net banking: 3–5 working days.

Service fees

Our convenience fee is non-refundable by default. Exceptions are handled case-by-case by support.
