• Account data — name, email, phone. Required to issue tickets.
• Traveler documents — DOB and passport details for international travel. Encrypted at rest, visible only to you and the airline.
• Booking history — retained for 10 years to meet DGCA audit rules.
• Device and usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable, used to fix bugs and improve conversion.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• Card numbers never touch our servers — payment gateways tokenize them.
• We don't email you promotional content unless you've explicitly opted in.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act 2023 you can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@flyomint.com.
